When we are facilitating leadership teams or groups, our approach is less concerned with “content”, theory or frameworks (although we have deep knowledge of these) and more on creating the space for leaders to talk honestly and reflect on how they are working collectively and individually. Senior leaders don’t need to know more “stuff”. They do need the opportunity to surface issues that may be being avoided, to look at the team dynamics and to discuss expectations and from all that find a better way of working.
