Inner Fire Fitness is a mobile personal training business located in Endeavour Hills. We offer a range of services including things like 1 on 1 personal training, group training, our unique buddy-up system as well as sporting and corporate training packages. Training is available either outdoors or in your very own home, no need to go to a gym or even leave the house. We have extensive knowledge on all things fitness and can assist in a wide variety of fitness applications. We specialize in weight loss but can assist in many other area's such as body building, toning up, post baby body, exercise for older adults & much more. We have a wide variety of packages available. Your success is very important to us, your progress and results will be monitored closely and we will adjust your training accordingly.
