Fuel Recruitment was born with the sole purpose of raising the bar for recruitment in the automotive industry across Australia. We are people from the industry, now working with the industry. Whilst working in senior management roles, the team at Fuel Recruitment found themselves asking the question “Why did they do it like that, and not like this?” It is our industry specific knowledge which enables us to exceed the service level expectations of our clients and candidates, and forms the basis of our daily operations. Using these unique skills, we believe that we can not only match the right people to the right jobs, we can offer a personal level of service that has not been seen before in the automotive recruitment field. Our vision is to offer big company feel with a boutique and individual level of service to both our clients and our candidates. Fuel Recruitment monitors our staff’s success not on the amount of calls they make or the numbers of CV’s they send, we measure our success on the retention of the staff we place and the personal relationships we maintain with our clients and candidates. Having the majority of our experience in the sales and marketing side of the retail automotive sector, we know what is expected as we have sat on the other side of the desk. Our team have all personally been involved in recruiting staff for dealerships and have all been frustrated when recruiters have sent candidates not suitable for roles.
