Fogo Brazilia

Churrasco (choo-rah-sko) is the traditional Brazilian way of cooking meat. Keeping with this tradition, Fogo grills marinated meat, chicken and seafood on roasting skewers over an open fire thus preserving all their natural juices and flavour.
