Envious Handbags and Accessories was formally known as Rebecca's Accessories which was founded by Rebecca Stepetz in 2005. Rebecca's Accessories was a fantastic small business that Rebecca ran and consulted herself. The small business soon took over the home, dining room and garage. With the demand of party bookings & ladies requesting to join her business, Rebecca realized the potential for greatness with what she had created. Towards the end of 2008 the business started to grow rapidly with numerous consultants in different areas.
