There are no fuel stations in Carnarvon Gorge, please be aware of this and make sure you fill up at your last town stop prior to arriving for your stay. Due to our remote location in central Queensland, we unfortunately do not have the infrastructure or power capacity required to support EV charging on site. Our current power supply is limited and designed to service essential lodge operations and guest accommodation only. If you are planning to travel through the region with an electric vehicle, we strongly recommend undertaking your own due diligence prior to your journey. This includes contacting local tourism information centres in the towns along your route to confirm the availability and operational status of any EV charging stations, as facilities in remote areas can be limited and may not always be functional.
