We offer the latest Hammerstrength and Life Fitness training equipment and more than 38 group exercise classes per week, including Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Cycling and Spinning and Les Mills' Sh'Bam, Bodyattack, Bodypump, Forever Fit and more.
