We will help you get over the building hurdle and guide you through the process of your project. This will give you more knowledge on how to deal with your contractors. And in doing it yourself you will save money, with our guidance, your process will be easier, happier, and less stressful. If you don’t want to deal with the stress of dealing with contractors, we can also oversee your project from start to finish or do parts of it for you. And if you are confident, you can take over and complete the project yourself. We also organize pre-purchase reports, pre-leasing reports, plumbing inspection reports, electrical inspection reports and defects inspections.
